The successful candidate should be familiar with Microsoft tools like Partner Center, MSSP Portal, and Hubspot and should have a strong understanding of Vendor programs to assist the Sales Team with driving usage and consumption growth. The role may require travel, including ad-hoc international travel, and the candidate should have their own transportation.
Overall, the Internal Sales (Microsoft) role requires a tech-savvy and motivated individual who is passionate about technology and process, with the ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and manage large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Vendor Program Manager and the Sales team. This may include:
- Assisting with the coordination and logistics of events, such as webinars, seminars, and training sessions.
- Coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
- Providing support for the creation and submission of proposals, quotes, and statements of work.
- Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure that project milestones are met.
- Maintaining and updating records and documentation related to vendor programs.
- Assisting with the management of the Partner Center, MSSP Portal, and Hubspot to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Overall, the Internal Sales (Microsoft ) plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that vendor programs run smoothly and efficiently.
