Azure Cloud Engineer at BUI

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team at BUI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective operation and management of client projects through automation and DevOps on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Azure data protection features

• Deploy highly available virtual machines

• Create secure and high-performing virtual networks to support client workloads

• Research and implement the best cloud-based solutions for clients

• Define and document best practices for application deployment and infrastructure management

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to development teams to enhance their cloud competencies

• Ensure application performance and uptime while maintaining strict code quality standards

• Ensure compliance with the organization’s security policies in cloud environments

• Supervise migration processes and maintain the new system

• Monitor system performance and adhere to service-level agreements

• Perform disaster recovery and configuration management tasks

• Establish hybrid connectivity between on-site and Azure environments

• Utilize Azure automation technology to optimize processes and services

Requirements:

• AZ104, AZ3xx, AZ204, and DP 203 certification

• Hands-on experience with Azure Strong proficiency in scripting languages like        PowerShell and BASH

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and BASH

• Strong consulting experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AKS

• Experience with subscription and management group organization, monitoring and    management

• Knowledge of network topology and connectivity

• Proficiency in platform automation and DevOps

• Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery

• Ability to work as part of a virtual team

Nice to Have:

• Linux experience

• Programming experience in SQL, Python, and .NET
